Women in Finance Charter
The Emerging Payments Association is a signatory to the Women in Finance Charter. This is a commitment by HM Treasury and signatory firms to work together to build a more balanced and fair industry, reflecting the government’s aspiration to see gender balance at all levels across financial services firms.
EPA headline numerical target for gender diversity in senior management:
Target is to continue to achieve at least 50% women in senior management positions within EPA by December 2019.
Other targets / information:
We mentor our non-board directors, 100% of which are currently female, and this includes CPD. We do not gender discriminate in recruitment but recognise the benefits of a balanced team. We continue to support the career development of all staff, encouraging them to apply for internal promotion as positions become available.
