algbra, a global fintech platform for financial inclusion, is pleased to announce the addition of Eamon Jubbawy to its Advisory Board.
Eamon joins having spent 8 years as Co-Founder and COO of Onfido, the market-leading digital authentication platform for financial services and P2P platforms. As COO, Eamon led Onfido’s growth to over 400 employees and 1500 clients across London, San Francisco, New York, Lisbon, Paris, New Delhi, and Singapore.
Eamon also sits as the Deputy Chair of the Fintech Delivery Panel, an industry-led group of fintech start-ups and financial services institutions, supported by HM Treasury and powered by Tech Nation.
His record speaks for itself. Having co-founded Onfido whilst at the University of Oxford, Eamon was instrumental to the fintech industry by developing and ultimately delivering e-KYC functionality to the leading neo-banks of today. Whilst at Onfido, Eamon and his co-founders raised $200m from leading investors including TPG Growth, Idinvest Partners, Crane Venture Partners, Salesforce Ventures, M12 – Microsoft’s venture fund, and others. These ground breaking achievements are not only commendable for their impact on the industry, but on also for their impact for the unbanked population globally in easing one of the fundamental barriers to banking the unbanked – identification.
His remarkable achievements provide an exceptional depth and breadth of experience for algbra to draw on as it scales its global ambitions. algbra is very proud to have his counsel and looks forward to achieving great successes together.
