Compass Plus announces major updates to remote banking products

Magnitogorsk, Russia – 13 December 2016 – Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking and electronic payments software to processors and financial institutions, has announced that its remote banking products – TranzWare Internet Banking and TranzWare Mobile Banking – have been completely updated to improve performance and user experience. The updated products, which have now been launched into production, are fully compliant with current industry standards and requirements.

The newly relaunched TranzWare Internet Banking features an updated design with easy navigation; a responsive design, dependent on the device the system is accessed on; advanced application build systems, which enable financial institutions to customise the application; and enhanced integration capabilities between the platform and external IT systems. The significant updates to TranzWare Internet Banking have not only enabled to expansion of the product’s functionality, but also ensuring the high performance of the system.

TranzWare Mobile Banking has also been completely modernised. This allows financial institutions to offer their customers a mobile application without having to install additional components, instead integrating the system within existing IT infrastructures. In addition, all TranzWare Internet Banking services are now available for the mobile application.

The updated TranzWare Mobile Banking has a user-friendly interface and enhanced functionality, such as: geolocation of nearby ATMs; account statements that can be enhanced with graphs and charts; the ability for financial institutions to create applications unique to them; and increased capabilities to perform payments and other transactions.

Compass Plus, together with several pilot customers, has already completed beta-testing of the updated remote banking systems, which have now been launched production mode.

Tip: Check your spam

Sometimes our e-mails end up in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder for e-mails from The Payments Association

Tip: Check “other” tabs

Most modern e-mail clients now separate e-mails into different tabs. For example, Outlook has an “Other” tab, and Gmail has tabs for different types of e-mails, such as promotional.

Tip: Click the link within 60 minutes

For security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. Try submitting the login form again and wait a few seconds for the e-mail to arrive.

Tip: Only click once

The link will only work one time – once it’s been clicked, the link won’t log you in again. Instead, you’ll need to go back to the login screen and generate a new link.

Tip: Delete old login e-mails

Make sure you’re clicking the link on the most recent e-mail that’s been sent to you. We recommend deleting the e-mail once you’ve clicked the link.

Tip: Check your security policies

Some security systems will automatically click on links in e-mails to check for phishing, malware, viruses and other malicious threats. If these have been clicked, it won’t work when you try to click on the link.
