Ordo and Certua are integrating Ordo’s open banking payments capability with Certua’s embedded finance platform to better serve the needs of businesses and their end customers with novel financial services.

Certua’s Embedded Finance platform allows any digital business to accelerate growth by natively embedding credit and insurance within their core proposition. It uses Artificial Intelligence to identify and assess user needs and to optimise the deployment of our partners’ capital and liquidity. This represents a new integrated model in which all stakeholders are beneficiaries.

The integration of Ordo’s e-commerce, Point of Sale and Request for Payment open banking services into Certua’s open banking features lowers the cost of payments, enhances security, and introduces real time bank account to bank account payments.  This simplifies money transfer, supercharges cashflows and means that Certua can deliver even more innovative credit and insurance propositions for customers.

Ordo’s payments platform exploits the capabilities of the UK’s real time Faster Payments service and open banking to provider secure direct bank account to bank account payments and is automatically accessible to more than 98 per cent of UK bank account holders using their own bank’s mobile or internet banking service, without any customer registration or the need to download a special app.

Ordo CEO, Craig Tillotson, said “We are delighted to be working together to bring the efficiency, security and ease of use of open banking payments into Certua’s market leading embedded finance platform.  Our combined expertise is revolutionising the way businesses offer financial services to their customers, using data to create new solutions that are better suited to individual customer’s needs, and open banking to deliver those solutions with safe, efficient and real time movement of money between businesses and their clients.”

Tom Williams, CEO Certua commented “Being able to offer efficient, secure, and cost-effective payment services are an essential part of our Embedded Finance proposition. We are very excited to be working with the experienced Ordo team in developing our combined offering as strategic partners in a rapidly evolving market.

Tip: Check your spam

Sometimes our e-mails end up in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder for e-mails from The Payments Association

Tip: Check “other” tabs

Most modern e-mail clients now separate e-mails into different tabs. For example, Outlook has an “Other” tab, and Gmail has tabs for different types of e-mails, such as promotional.

Tip: Click the link within 60 minutes

For security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. Try submitting the login form again and wait a few seconds for the e-mail to arrive.

Tip: Only click once

The link will only work one time – once it’s been clicked, the link won’t log you in again. Instead, you’ll need to go back to the login screen and generate a new link.

Tip: Delete old login e-mails

Make sure you’re clicking the link on the most recent e-mail that’s been sent to you. We recommend deleting the e-mail once you’ve clicked the link.

Tip: Check your security policies

Some security systems will automatically click on links in e-mails to check for phishing, malware, viruses and other malicious threats. If these have been clicked, it won’t work when you try to click on the link.
