The EPA is delighted to announce the new project lead for the EPA’s Project Payments in Commerce – Siobhan McGinley, Head of Marketing at Judopay. The project, formerly called Project Retail, under its new specification will provide merchants with access to a resource enabling them to make sound business choices in payments in order to satisfy consumer needs and retain customers. One of the upcoming activities of the project will be the production of a white paper, ‘Payments as a Competitive Advantage – A Study on Authorisation Rates and Strategies’. This white paper will provide guidance to the merchant community whilst utilising the EPA membership’s collective expertise through partner relationships, members and experience – with separate sub-sections covering Card Present Merchants, Card Not Present Merchants, and Subscription.
Thanks to our Benefactor, The Chargeback Company.
